Could it be that within some Pentecostal circles, people DO have a hard time telling the difference between sexes when the jean skirt and poof are removed from the equation?

Friend I can go to Walmart and in 30 minutes or so and find almost just as many. Try it! There is no clear distinction in dress for the most part. Feminism has truly for the worse changed the paradigm in which we don't see clear differences anymore.

Are we looking at distinction in dress or not being able to tell if it is a girl or guy?

Also, many will tell you that their IS a distinction in dress. I am not into fashions myself but my wife can tell the difference in womens and mens jeans from a mile away.

Actually both. Dress was the main point but some of the times both. We hid the faces sometimes to not give away do to makeup or whatever.

The point is though that any difference becomes apparent to those who are immersed in that environment. If everyone wears jeans (which is nearly the case now) then the difference between men and women (along with obvious physical differences between the two sexes) is much clearer to those in that setting than a group who may be more sheltered and need to see a skirt on one and pants on the other in order to even tell the two apart.
