I have a friend who read tea leaves and knew when her own sister would die...and she did.

This same person also put curses on people when they did her wrong.

When she got saved, she put all her books on the front lawn and went inside to get a lighter. When she came back outside, all her books were on fire as if she'd put gasoline on them. She never touched them with anything, even a match.

He was just posting his opinions about what witches are and what they do, nahkoe. Not quite the same thing as "spreading lies."

Surely you aren't going to assert that all witches and those who practice magic of any type follow your pattern of the same?

1. There's room for a little bit of a lighthearted approach on this, because people make the spirit world more frightening than it should be (for spirit-filled believers)

2. Conversely, it should be taken seriously, because those who are NOT filled with the spirit of God can be oppressed, seduced, tormented or even possessed by evil spirits.

Personally, I'm not sure what you're objecting to. Your comments on Aquila's posts don't make a whole lot of sense--in the sense of actually proving anything he said wrong. You can speak to your experience, but again, not all witches are the same--right? How do you know that witches don't curse?
