What is "easy Grace", DM?

Can a person be saved the way DA teaches: Yes or No?

easy grace is saying the sinner's prayer. I don't believe the sinner's prayer alone will save anyone unless it may be a deathbed confession. DA does teach subsequent baptisms of water and spirit. So people can be saved eventually.

I don't think DA believes repeating a prayer effects salvation. In fact, I know of few who do, even those who offer moments where they teach people how to pray through the "sinner's prayer."

From what I know of DA, he DOES believe we are saved by faith and believing. Believing is not a cognitive recitation: it's a heart-level response. We may help people put words to what already has happened in their heart, but it certainly is not repeat-after-me-regeneration.

Eventually? Your teaching of salvation, in my book, marginalizes the Story of God, and makes his grace as something limited. I do believe that's heresy.

WHAT????? Are you on something? So it certain cases the sinner's prayer works, but in others, it doesn't???

Good grief. There's no use to even argue, here.

I realize the "sinner's prayer" is not given in our KJV in chapter and verse but some places come close like:
Luke 18:13
Luke 23:42
Acts 2:21
Acts 8:37
Acts 16:31
Romans 10:9-13

I have led people in "the sinner's prayer" and believe that if they meant what they said/prayed they are genuinely saved and born again.

Now, how is that for someone who considers himself an Apostolic, One God, Jesus' Name, Holiness, Pentecostal preacher and who is ordained in one of the oldest Apostolic organizations?

Not a fan of the sinner's prayer because of the false sense of security it's given people who were not yet converted. I see value in it when a person has come to faith. You will know by their question/comments.

Reminds me of a lesson I heard one time on "How do I know I am Discipling?" The disciples went from "What's going on" to "You are the Anointed One of God."
