I'll give that a hesitant yes. Hesitant because I dislike the process in which we feel we must assess new converts and make sure they are speaking in a "fluent" tongue before we approve of their infilling. Hesitant because if someone said they had been filled with the Holy Ghost but hadn't spoken in tongues, I wouldn't contradict them. I feel like people seek after *tongues* more than they seek after God. Or at least, they're encouraged to do so by Apostolics who are after the sign instead of the infilling. Does that make sense? It's not so much what I believe on this point personally; it's more that I don't feel I have the right to really question other people's experiences with God.

Secondly, what part of number 4 do you not agree with?
I think we should dress modestly and I believe women should have long hair and men should have short hair. I don't believe that long=uncut, and I think short sleeves and shorts are fine, as long as they're longish and loose (modest). I've seen men in tight jeans who were way more immodest than a man in loose, knee-length shorts. It doesn't makes sense to me that it's fine for a woman to show the bottom portion of her legs but somehow immodest for a man. Make-up--modest/moderate application is fine. We let our daughters cover up their zits and wear lip gloss. Our rule is "no unnatural colors" and I don't let them wear it around the house because it's bad for your skin to wear it all the time. I also don't think it's a sin for women to wear "bifurcated garments." There are some activities that are completely immodest in a skirt. You either have to avoid the activity or wear the appropriate clothing.
