Pastoring is an authoritative position, and requires some stereotypical masculine traits to be successful. In addition to that, pastoring comes with requirements of your schedule and lifestyle that might detract from a woman fulfilling her obligations to her husband, children and home. Far better for a woman to use excess time for good works in the community, IMO.
Other than that, I just don't like a woman boss.  It rubs me the wrong way. I can't imagine men responding much better in most cases. To that end, it's impractical.
