There isn't a nation over there-- which is all the more reason for us to do something substantial to change that problem.

We pray and attempt to comfort the hearts of their living loved ones and in honor of the senseless MURDERS of our AMERICAN citizens, we go!

We go to those waters were our brothers and sisters were killed and we clean house.

Plainly speaking, we go there and we kill the pirates that fight us in our efforts to bring lawfulness and peace to that region.

Christianity does allow for killing of other people.
This is one of those occasions where a military response is not just necessary, but indeed it has been INVITED by the actions of the pirates that had the GUMPTION to KILL our citizens while our MILITARY was attempting to NEGOTIATE PEACEFULLY!


The Somali pirates in that region have asked for it.

We need to bring it and do so speedily!

Negotiating is standard military procedure when innocent civilians are hostages.

Fortunately, the last show down resulted in 0 innocent casualties since during negotiating snipers had a clear shot. Obama gave 100% auth to engage militarily as needed with the captors.

They were traveling in a convoy earlier and then broke away to pursue their own course as it departed from the course of the convoy (not certain where they were headed). The vessel was boarded and commandeered of the coast of Oman near the Persian Gulf. These pirates were certainly far from home.

The first news report I read said that the US Naval vessel that was shadowing the sailboat heard gunshots coming from the sailboat. That's when they boarded in force. Several hijackers were killed, the rest captured. The Americans (4 in number) were immediately treated but succumbed to their wounds... and then it said that the Navy found the remains of two more pirates aboard.

Early reports from actions like this are notoriously sketchy and even contradictory - but did the Americans attempt to overcome the pirates? I guess we'll have to wait and see.
