Being Jewish and growing up in the 50's there were pictures of Jesus in the hall ways of the public school I attended.
The 10 Commandments were posted, the teacher prayed every morning and there were Bible's visable.
We sang "Silent Night" at the "Christmas" play, just before the "Christmas" break. And yep, we also had "Easter" vacation.
Not one single time was I offended. Why? Because nobody taught me to be offended. The PC nonsense was off in the distance, so I got to grow up singing "Silent Night" in the "Christmas" play at school and had a blast!
