No, we don't want to be hypocrites.
But, IMO, wanting to judge others by how they handle or judge someone else while our own past sins lay silently and not out in the open for all to see and judge how they should have been handled, is also a hypocrisy, IMO.
If everyone's sins were laid out, side by side, for all to see and be judged, then I would agree with you. No doubt there are those that speak of other's sins, when they have their own, tucked away never to be known or discussed. That's all I am saying. It's a rather fearful idea to have to contend with
Matthew 6:12 at some point.
