Well, by "I don't care", I mean that I don't think it's significant enough to matter. He may have reasons--and he may not have the original certificate. Again, even if that's true, it doesn't prove anything, as I'm quite positive that many, many Americans don't have their "original long forms." He may have simply been advised against it. He may think that saying he lacks the original form would incite the birther movement into a frenzy, and it's already pretty frantic.
In what way do you think it's significant? What do you think that says? Let's say you're right, and he's hiding the fact that he doesn't have the original form. He was still issued an official birth certificate by the state of Hawaii, and that makes it as good as mine or yours, legally speaking.
