Re: Here Comes the Bride...............
Those who choose to abstain from all things which could lead to sin, please think of this, that everything we do could lead to sin, for your sake, please do not leave your house, watch TV, get off the Internet, not subscribe to the newspaper, get under the covers, and never come out from underneath them.
We are called to be lights in the darkness, and to live a modest life. I not all for wearing gawdy amounts of jewelry, but a modest necklace and ring is acceptable. Also, I look at it like this, that anything we wear, if it brings focus to the face, from which the scriptures say numerous times the glory of God shines, then it is godly. if it bring attention to the body in a sensual fashion, then it is carnal, ungodly, and wicked.
Above all else, instead of rules and poor hermeneutics, let us be led by the Spirit, confirmed by the Word.
