Nope. Just the ones that help support bad theories.
How can we tell if they're bad theories or not? God's ways are not our ways. He's done it before. Flood, plagues, smitings, etc. Who says he won't do it again?

Note that some smitings have taken place in the "age of grace": Ananias and Sapphira, and some who take communion unworthily.

Exactly right. Also note these examples are those who were in the Church. Would he not judge the ungodly who provoke him? Herod was killed for taking praise instead of giving it to God. Bar jesus was struck blind through the Holy Spirit at Pauls word.

These are just examples of what God does.
Are all "natural" disasters God's judgement or warning for something?

As much as I think BO is wrong on Israel, I would hate to draw a line to Joplin. Who knows. The church is the apple of God's eye, and they have endured persecution for millennia. Only eternity will bring the true justice to evil.
I haven't been to Joplin in a while but I don't really get the impression that it's a town filled with a lot of supporters of Hamas and such. Why would "God" focus His "judgment" upon that particular town and not, say, Berkeley, California?
The whole "God will strike you with a thunderbolt" theology ends up making "God" out to be a really poor aim.

Wait till the 'big one' hits california, especially the san francisco area. God's judgement will be the topic for a long long time. Sorta like the God's judgement-katrina thing, only more of it.

I think you're missing the point of Exodus. God can punish people who had nothing to do with the act that needs punishment.
