True, it certainly isn't physical. It is speaking of people with pulses, yes. But does he
really mean that their spirit has died? It doesn't say that. It just says "we were dead".
Did Adam's spirit die the day he ate? Really? He was from then on a walking, talking, breathing, spiritless human being?
