The fact that not everyone tithed under Mosaic Law is proof that Tithing is not a forever principle. Also Jacob would have had no room for dealing with God on tithing if it was a mandate even before the Mosaic law was established.
So what did the silver smith tithe and all others tithe who's craft did not pertain to food items? This shows a serious gap for those who promote the eternal tithe principle.
We work from the command, we obey, we do what we are told. There is no such command to tithe any thing in the NT.
