Pentecostals:
Have traditions and standards.

Charismatics:
Few traditions or standards.

Both focus on being obedient to moral law for the most part.
Both believe in the spiritual gifts.

Both, the Pentecostals or the Charismatics, might be Oneness or Trinitarian.

That's my understanding.
