Sadly, there is no penalty outlined for doing it. A specific criminal statute needs to be drafted with specific criminal penalties outlned for it before we get to convict those who do it.
USC Title VIII outlines immigration law/immigration code. Do you to research this to determine what is there and sadly what is missing.
Note to yip yip yip canam - what other countries do to their illegal border crossers have nothing to do with this discussion.....Mexico for instance shoots nicaraguans who try to illegally cross their southern border.
