The Father and Son are not separate. They are distinct

The Son (Jesus) does not go back and forth between acting as God and then as man. That is not a denial that He is both God and man. It's a matter of the kenosis I spoke of before. He willingly limited Himself to the Human attributes while possessing the Divine. They were at His disposal

and yes the Son limited Himself. Though the father worked in the Son, The Son was his own person. 2 witnesses, not just human and a divine nature operating on one plain of exsistance
