The time to populate is now. It need not be by polygamy, or concubines, though.
With the exception of the Muslim population, most all of Europe in declining, and even the US is hardly replacing themselves. If you exclude the first generation immigrant population we are in decline I think.
So, we Christians in the Western World have two choices - OK Three
#1. Convert Muslims in a big way. This is not happening - more are converting to the Muslim faith than from it in western countries.
#2. Start having babies. Not happening now - kids infringe on our ease of life - they are anything BUT a "Blessing from the Lord" to most Christian people.
#3. Cease to exist
