You used Allah as an example. If someone prays to to the Hindu god Sheba, I would not expect God to listen (although He would indeed hear) that prayer. However if a Hindu prayed to Jehovah God, you can be sure God would hear that prayer and very possibly answer, which is of course entirely based on His will. Does not God see every sparrow that falls in the woods?
