Another angle is this-- if you don't own a car, then you don't have to have auto insurance.
So to compare Obama's healthcare law to the mandate for auto insurance is flawed from the start.
The mandate for auto insurance only applies to Americans who drive.
Obama's healthcare law would apply to every American and we won't even mention the non-Americans who would benefit from our
forced generosity.
It sounds a bit selfish, and maybe it is-- but it doesn't make the injustice of Obamacare as it is now any more just.
