A lot of times when I see these "wonderful and wacky" things ("typing in tongues") I just have to stop and try to imagine what these folks have gone through in their lives that led them to these ... uh ... "places."

Two things makes these people wacky and crazy. One, the constant praise of large adoring crowds and two, the $$$ that their ministries bring in. Both corrupt, but combined (and they usually are) it is a double whammy.
