It seems lately so many arguments against well-held truths of the bible have been relegated away to nonsense by people who are not realizing we are 2000 years away from, and half a world of distance from, and an extremely different culture away from, and totally differen idioms and languages from the bible writings. And they think that reading the bible tthrough North Americanized 21st century lenses can let them know what is silly and what is sensible. Okaaaaay....
