How in the world does this make sense? In Plyler v. Doe, the US Supreme Court rules that illegals cannot be discriminated against and must be educated K-12, but Perry and the Legislature are not supposed to allow these people to further their education?

This makes NO sense. How can you say someone that is here illegally has the same rights of someone here legally? I mean why not let the bank robber go, he may need the money to feed his family????
