I have been involved in prayer meetings with 7 pastors in our town. A couple of the Spirit filled ones know I am oneness and they think no such thing as me being a heretic. One is from the Vineyard movement and the other is a Spirit-filled Mennonite. I understand mainstream does not include Vineyard, and the Spirit filled Mennonite guy kinda removes him from the category, but they knows God is with me and fully recognize the Spirit of God in my life and considers me fully saved..

I think it's an important point beause of how OPs get labeled "Elitest", slammed as "Hate mongers" and railed on for sending everyone else to hell....even on this forum by...go figure, ex-UPcers
Well there are Trinitarians out there that don't believe anyone is going to heaven but them...go figure
Well, we know from Scripture that the Holy Spirit intercedes for us. Who else would his intercessions be directed to? This seems like communication among members of the Trinity.
Also, the Holy Spirit can be grieved when we sin. That is a feeling or emotion.
True. I didn't mean to say the Holy Spirit has no emotion at all.
Just that they may not be separate from the feelings of the Father.
Due to the humanity of the Son, he had feelings and experiences that were not truly known outside the flesh. Perhaps even the indwelling Holy Spirit's intercession is in view of the departed Christ - hence drawing from the incarnation??

I am a firm believer in the Old Paths
Articles on such subjects as "The New Birth," will be accepted, whether they teach that the new birth takes place before baptism in water and Spirit, or that the new birth consists of baptism of water and Spirit. - THE PENTECOSTAL HERALD Dec. 1945
"It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves

Okay, but still...
Intercession implies more than one person.

I have been saying for a long time that I am not sure the differences in "Oneness" and Trinitarian doctrine are really all that some have made.
Sure there have been debates and things over the years but has there ever been a discussion between the pentecostal Oneness and the more gospel centered groups like The Gospel Coalition, ACTS29, Desiring God, etc.
These groups aren't out to try to demonize other Christians and aren't in direct competition with the pentecostal camp.
They want to distance themselves as much as they can from the word of faith/pentecostal crowd and just the fact that they would invite TD Jakes to speak at their conference is showing that they are willing to take the heat by having him. Trust me, they do not want nor do they need anyone from the pentecostal movement. They see, first hand, the damage that is coming out of these movements and still are willing to reach out their hand to have dialogue.
AtlantaBishop, you may be out of touch with a lot of the christian world. I know you spend a lot of time with the pentecostal folks and I am not sure if you are aware but there is a huge movement now among the "gospel centered groups". A lot of folks in the charismatic movement are looking for more depth and biblical understanding and are finding it in these other outlets. This has been documented by news outlets and can be seen in the growing popularity of reformed churches and the ACTS29 church planting network.
I can offer the church I attend as an example. Growing from 180 members to around 10,000 in attendance on the weekends in eight years. This is all with no formal outreach program and no TV broadcast and no altar calls. We have many former Pentecostals and charismatics in our church. In fact, a lady testified yesterday while being baptized that she grew up pentecostal and never heard the true gospel. Much of her hurt and pain and confusion came from those doctrines.
All I can say is that I am really looking forward to hearing the dialogue between these folks and TD Jakes in January.
There has been a lot of blog-to-blog critique on both sides, but I don't recall a single highly-publicized time in recent years when both sides (oneness & trinitarian) have sat down face-to-face to discuss this issue.
For those who aren't familiar with The Elephant Room, here is the trailer for Round 2 coming in January 2012.

Right. Only God can talk to Himself without talking to Himself.
No, only God can manifest with more than divine nature and thereby do what would take more than one human person to do. It's called a divine person manifesting as a human being who needs to rely upon deity.
