Re: Am I Alone?

Ferd, I have had a serious diverticulitis bout about ten years ago. I can't eat too many nuts especilt on an empty stomach. Lettuce can do it too, as well as just eating too much sever meals in a row. If i feel a bout coming, by far the best thing to do is go on an immediate three day fast.

Re: Am I Alone?

I don't think I've changed all that much. A couple of things. I never used to wear pull-over tops and I do now. Dressing more casual. Still don't wear tennis shoes in public. That is just going way too dorky for me.

And I have always been annoyed at people who are not on time, disorganized and ill-prepared, but as I get older, I am only more annoyed by it.

that is some bad stuff. I have found something called Align and it seems to help. I know some other folks that this has helped a lot.

Re: Am I Alone?

I'm 54 and I like to eat almost anything in almost every country. I WISH I didn't like food so much, but I do. My appetite has not dimished with middle age, and my food dislikes have not increased. I ENJOY FOOD.

Re: Am I Alone?

I work in a library and yesterday a woman pulled her library card out of her mouth and handed it to me! Ew!
