I suspect you must be 20+ years older than the objects of this thread? I see it too, and we avoided fellows like this when I was in school. Now their numbers are growing. We must be careful, because styles change, but some of them might have both the style AND substance.

Study the Frankfort school. Cultural Marxism and all that. You'll find that the destruction of the American family and the civil compact have both been by design. The long march through the institutions is complete, and cannot be undone overnight, presuming there is the public will to address an as-yet unacknowledged problem.

When he starts? Just kidding. Unfortunately this is truly between the individual and God. What is he thinking in his heart is his goal as he adopts these styles?

Those who fear God would do well to study the biological imperatives of men and examine themselves. But frankly we all need to examine ourselves for all sorts of sin, not just sin that grosses other people out or causes them to fear.

Real men accept responsibility, cultivate truthfulness as a way of life, are disciplined, are generous, brave, self-sacrificing. Real men inspire, not command, women to submit to them. Real men are not passive. Real men are self-confident, and regard female efforts to assist their understanding of "real manhood" with suspicion.

Real men strive to conduct themselves with integrity, and recognize that the most important things they will ever build are reputation and trust.
