Ok a Minister who HAS committed adultery can be restored to the ministry. What about a Minister who was faithful and has NOT committed adultery or fornication who has had two women commit adultery against him? Now he has been married to a woman who has been faithful to him for 15 years. Is he out of the Ministry for good and the one who committed adultery is still in the Ministry?
