Re: Newt Gingrich

My youngest brother likes Ron Paul supporter, and discussing the candidates is enough to make me want to take a Vicodin or something. However, even Rep. Paul is better on most things than what we have now. His foreign policy is the main thing that makes me sick.

I am willing to support Newt Gingrich too.

I WILL NOT SUPPORT ROMNEY IN ANY FORM AT ALL!

If ROMNEY gets the nomination or appears any where on the ticket, I WILL volunteer, campaign, and vote for Obama.

And that is bad logic - no matter who you are.

Re: Newt Gingrich

Gingrich Paid at Least $1.6M by Freddie Mac

The total amount is significantly larger than the $300,000 payment from Freddie Mac that Gingrich was asked about during a Republican presidential debate on Nov. 9 sponsored by CNBC, and more than was disclosed in the middle of congressional investigations into the housing industry collapse.

Re: Newt Gingrich

During the same time frame that Herman Cain was allegedly harassing women, Newt was having an affair with Callista. Just sayin'......

Well, great, Fox News finally has their head screwed on straight. Wonders never cease.

Newt Gingrich vs. Mitt Romney -- Has It Really Come Down to This?

How can the GOP have sunk so low?

Two candidates so flawed, so inherently fraudulent and so phony.

It is almost as if the Republican Party wanted to help Obama get re-elected.

So we now have the conservative Republican Party choosing between two Rockefeller liberal Republicans who flip-flop and pander on an hourly basis!

Oh please.

First, all men are flawed. The phonies are the ones walking around looking sterling when no man is.

Second, just because a conservative has new ideas on how to address the problems we face it doesn't make them a Liberal. Newt is the one who helped Republicans take control of Congress and advanced the Contract With America with it's Reaganite ideas. It was this very same Republican Congress that held Clinton's feet to the fire and helped balance the budget.

I don't see how anyone can call Newt a Liberal. Ask a true Liberal what they think of Newt and you'll get them spitting and cussing. The man is the only candidate running who reflects anything close to the ideals we saw with Ronald Reagan.

I suggest reading Newt's book, Winning The Future: A 21st Century Contract with America . This book clearly explains the policies Gingrich has considered and why he believes they are good ideas. The ideas are solidly conservative.

Essentially Newt Gingrich has led Congress and helped steer the entire nation already. If anyone knows what is necessary to get things done in Washington... it's Gingrich.
