I believe God can use children, but I believe that, rather than putting them in the news and allowing them to be used for sport, we should guide them in the right way; allowing God to open the door at the right time. I'm afraid to make him so public will make him grow to put too much confidence in his ability to 'preach', and not in the anointing of God.

The thing is, 4 year olds all over the country are doing this. Pretty much every kid who was raised in church "plays church". We did it all the time. My brothers 'preached' and did a pretty good job of it.  Better than this. They would even have topics and complete sentences. My kids did it, too.
It is mind BOGGLING that they're acting like this is some big deal. 
That the adults are going along and acting like it's some great move of God - so embarrassing!!!!

Unfortunately, many churches get no more Word than that child is presenting.

Could it be possible he's got the adults, "playing church?" and they don't know it!

Ya, and most of these "adults", if they miss a week or two of church are considered "backslidden". Makes you realize how shallow their relationship with Him is.

I do not remember Marjoe but I know about him from watching documentaries (probably the one in the video if that's what it is).
I think that these "kid preachers" are cute at best. No one need confuse what is going on with anointing. And they are life long damaging at worst by establishing a childs concept of preaching on bad ground from an early age.
