I'm new too... it's a tough crowd around here and people can be a little sharp even when they mean well... Here is what I've figured out... Don't take it personally, many times comments are just opinions and they are not directed at YOU they would be the same no matter who said what you said. And you just keep it civil, not being easily offended. People here are a mix but I haven't found any that will carry a grudge over from one thread to another and just try to be argumentative... when they disagree with you in more than one thread... well they just disagree with you in more than one thread...
Of course being popular or even right all the time doesn't matter to me... I'm here to share and learn
