That's what I did -and it only took about 3 seconds. And the moment I finished the Holy Ghost manifested itself with the unstopableness of a sneeze, meaning I couldn't control the initial reaction.
You see, one of the fruits of a works based faith is the seeming requirement to name every single sin individually otherwise God won't hear your request for forgiveness.
