It amazes me how far removed from our food we have really become. We now eat things from shiny packages that do not even resemble food. I recenlty found out that one of the ingredients in commercial bread is made from human hair. Evidently there is a large market for it for wig making in Asia and the left over trimmings or the hair that is not good quality is turned into an elasticiser for dough.... disgusting. We eat chemicals and even the DNA of all kinds of things... but find fresh, whole, natural milk bizzare... HUMMMM?

Goat milk is much easier for the human body to digest than cows milk. Or so I have heard.
