In my opinion, "women" in vs. 11 per context is simply addressing the "disciplines" of the wives of the bishops and deacons, as most translations say "wives",( and commentaries point out -wives) "behavior".
Nothing more.
The wives of the bishops and deacons should walk honorable (as do bishops & deacons)...sober minded, dignified etc...

Just my opinion, no offense to anyone
