Boar taint... ewww.

Bulls can and will attack people on pasture... every year experienced farmers and ranchers are killed and maimed by bulls. I put the safety of my grandchildren and myself as a top priority and steer all my meat calves. Plus having them fence jumping, riding each other and all that... nawww... and buck goats... well I'll have to let you google up their behaviors because someone will never forgive me if I start talking about how they will urinate and worse, much worse on you as you walk by... No intact male animals here, uh-uh... but more power to you, really.

As for me and my house we will cut and band... and judge no man in meat or drink.
My brother in law used to raise bison. You can talk about cattle bulls being mean, but he has had major damage to an F-350 AND F-550 from the main bison bull charging in their pen while dropping off hay bails. It is a whole new level of mean with the size to back it up. Closer to a male moose in the middle of the rut then a mere boy cow. lol

Bison - I like it! Lord willing I will be eating at Ted's Montana Grill this week in Atlanta. I love the Bison Delmonico Ribeye.
