As I stated earlier in the thread, Trayvon also had a right to the "stand your ground" law. If Zim was pursuing him and Trayvon turned to defend himself, then Zim is totally at fault.
Making him responsible legally will be very hard, however.

The problem, from what I know, there is no proof who confronted who to start altercation. Everyone wants to use 911 recording but Zimmerman said "okay" to being told he did not need to follow, but no is there proof he pursued after that? Doesn't seem to be any proof nor proof that Martin confronted Zimmerman as he was going back to his truck as he(Z) claims.
