Did you watch the actual news conference? She seemed a bit smug and a little gleeful even at a couple of spots.
I don't think 2nd Degree Murder will fly.
I used to think Manslaughter would not fly, but it would have been a bit easier to comprehend and convince a Manslaughter charge-- unless the Prosecution has some solid evidence that has not been made public yet.
