That is baloney, there is absolutely no evidence that Zimmerman profiled Martin. This affidavit is very thin, I heard from a reputable source recently.
I'm not sure that you can prove racial profiling, but I think they can argue some sort of profile. Who was the "they" that always get away and how did he reach that conclusion concerning this boy who was just returning to a place that he belonged? That's not a rhetorical question. I wonder what his answer would be.
