I am understanding that if Zimmerman was the "provacateur", "Stand Your Ground" would not apply in this case. BUT, if Martin was the first aggressor, Zimmerman can still stand with "Self-Defense".
Can a kid who is literally running away from an armed pursuer who is unequivocally chasing him or her for no reason be a first aggressor? What is the "Stand Your Ground" law if it is not the principle that you have the right to not have to be chased, but can in fact stand your ground?
