As someone who associates with both the UPCI and the WPF, let me say that annointing also exists outside of these organizations.
Annointing has been known to fall even on those who do not have the full truth, as I believe it.
I have attended several churches around the country, due to my job. I have always been able to find a church that had "annointing". Some of these churches did not have the same "standards" that I personally hold, but I attended them because I would rather attend a church with the power and annointing, than a church that lined up with all of my standards, but was dead.
I believe the book says something about the annointing that breaks the yoke.
