I'm just reporting what is not being, largely, reported.
Now, what I don't understand is that reports have said that Ron Paul is working to help his son Rand, but I don't see how that is going to help his supporters to eventually vote for Romney.
Anyway, Texas awards their delegates in June, so we will see how many delegates that Ron Paul picks up.
Really, the idea is that Ron Paul is wanting to stop Mitt from being on the first ballot or just wanting a voice for the Libertarian movement at Convention. I'm really not sure what he is about because, I don't think he can win the nomination.
I'm just interested to follow this story and sees how it plays out. It is really being largely ignored and Newt advised Romney to pay attention to and listen to what it is that Paul wants. Mitt doesn't have his full delegate count according to the two links I posted, even though the media said he does. And I think, although he is ahead, that doesn't make it a sure win at Convention. He could still be very close and lose on the first ballot. It has happened before.
