If someone killed a man for playing music let the murderer be executed. Not 15 years from now when everyone has forgotten about it. No wonder the death penalty is not working as a deterent. By the time sentence is carried out no one remembers why.
As to the racial thing ever heard of THE KNOCKOUT GAME?
Hard time for about ten years if the victim lives would perhaps put a stop to it. If the victim dies as has happened before the one who struck them must have swift punishment by execution.
