Last night you could've skipped right past that 27 minutes of power outage too.

Wonderful! Praise the Lord!! Nothing like the blood of Jesus to put things in perspective.

I agree, I don't think it should be in a church... the game ok, but some of the commercials and of course the half time show really shouldn't be. I really didn't watch the halftime, was on my laptop instead...I would have blushed in a church, but again, not hard to get me blushing. ha ha

The GoDaddy commercial this year was 1) fairly tame, compared with previous ones, and 2) very funny, and 3) disgusting!

Do you vote on which ads to skip?

Re: Cutting Back On 'Church' Services

All the ads for CBS News and Two Broke Girls got summarily skipped over.

Oh, that and the half time show.

We didn't skip past the power outtage since we used that time to make ourselves some adult beverages, errrr, we went to the fridge and got ourselves a couple of cans of coke.

I thought the commercial about the boy asking where babies come from was kinda cute. lol

It's the only one I can remember.

The half-time show was a bit over the top. I went to get more to eat.

That was a good one. Also really liked the Paul Harvey spot. It was for a truck but don't even remember which.
