Agreed totally. Lincoln the greatest President himself said the war was Gods judgment. As far as Gaga I dont know anything about her except a few instances of ungodliness reported on the net.

So Im not speaking particularly about her situation. Who knows at this point she may not even have Lupus.

But I want to be faithful to make the GENERAL STATEMENT that the God of the Bible DOES judge peoplefor sins in various ways. If one does not understand that they need to wise up. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

We dont know why he judges some of the wicked up front in this life and others he does not. But nonetheless Christians should be advised that he still can bring judgment any time he sees fit.

Can you tell the difference between a sickness sent by God in punishment and a sickness that just happens? Say, to a believer? A really good believer? Or to an unbeliever who isn't particularly sinful?
