On a side note, I get very annoyed to hear anyone preaching more about the devil than the power of God and the strength in His Word. |
PO the Gospel writers gave no hint that the temptation was simply a matter of play acting on the part of Christ. They saw the temptation as real.
No where in the account of the temptation was at anytime hinted that Jesus could have said Satan you have to bounce you know I can't sin.
He can't understand my temptation unless He truly walked through real temptation. He was tempted at all points.
