The head of gold is the Messiah, Jesus Christ--a parallel to latter days (head of finest gold-(Song of Solomon 5:10-12), feet of gold/bronze-(Song of Solomon 5:15, Revelation 1:15)--King of Kings-(Rev. 19:16, Rev. 17:14) It's not king Neb. who is the king of kings--Daniel 2:37
The silver is the breastplate of salvation and the open arms of the word of God gone out into the world--the kingdom of the word to be spread throughout the world.
The brass is the rule of money/governments over the whole earth
(Daniel 7:23--Thus he said, The fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, AND SHALL DEVOUR THE WHOLE EARTH, AND SHALL TREAD IT DOWN, and break it in pieces)
The iron are the invisible spirits, our own sins in following them--demons, devils and angels that try to mingle and mix with us-that try to control the earth
We are the potter's clay.
The stone that breaks it all into pieces is God/Creator/Jesus--once we see beyond the flesh that he was and know the God within us, He will do away with all and rule with His will once again. To me the true beast is our own so called FREE WILL instead of God's will. This has led us to follow our own lusts/greed and diversities.
I'll get busy and find verses and chapters to back up my statements. Never believe anything unless it can be backed by scripture.
