Are you going to pick up a deadly drink and down that? It is about healing, not actually picking up a snake or drinking a deadly drink on purpose.

See if you have house church such things aren't a probelm.
I could see why the independent church moved out though.

I had a preacher tell me once that taking up serpents in Mark 16 meant dealing with dangerous people, A ask him, well does speaking in tongues require buying Rosetta Stone????

No double standard.
And spirit filled OP have to be careful, so that gay spirit doesn't jump on them. Right???? Can't be in the same building that a gay person has been in????

Sounds about like your politics, OP. What if the seller makes a profit???

the bible does not say "handle snakes"...the meaning, to me, is clear from a biblical account of Paul accidentally being bitten and surviving

You are moving the discussion away from a church organization renting facilities from another church organization that stands in opposition to God's Word.

Purchasing the building and changing the face of the property is entirely a different story. Renting it, I stand with them in supportive agreement, IMO. Purchasing it and them moving away is another.

I am sure I don't know everything my local boutique owner does with her money, nor do I care. She doesn't come home with me, nor rent a room.
