Re: Long Lines Lead to Rise of Wheelchair 'Miracle
I have a handicap placard for both of my vehicles. I park in handicap designated areas. I can walk short distances without a cane or walker but I cannot stand for more than a few minutes at a time. If I had to stand in a line I would have to use a wheel chair or sit in the seat on my walker. Then afterward I would get out of the chair and walk. It wouldn't be a "miracle" or a "fake healing." It's just that I cannot stand for more than a few minutes.
By the way, years ago in some of the healing meetings, they had a supply of wheel chairs. If there was going to be a prayer line and someone had difficulty standing for any length of time they would be provided a wheelchair. Then when they got to the evangelist and he/she prayed for them, the evangelist would take the person by the hand and pull him/her out of the chair and the person would walk off stage. It made the "healing" look more spectacular if they were pulled from their feet from a wheel chair.
