Re: My pastor's wife had broidered hair?
Common sense and reason teach us that a womans hair is given to her for a covering. We see this reference to nature as our teacher several times in the bible, especially in 1Cor11:14-15, and in the book of Romans chapter 1.
14 Does not [a]the native sense of propriety (experience, common sense, reason) itself teach you that for a man to wear long hair is a dishonor [humiliating and degrading] to him,
15 But if a woman has long hair, it is her ornament and glory? For her hair is given to her for a covering.
People who say that a womans covering is manmade are simply unreasonable, and still caught up in our Catholic past. Dominus Vobisco- Don't forget your Veil and Rosary Beads! Hail Mary full of Grace!
