Is it really, Praxeas?? Maybe you ought to take a second look at your statements and evaluate the message you are really sending. I am not the only poster to whom you gave the impression of blaming the victim.

You keep asking questions when if you go back read what i said, you would find your answers. I make myself VERY clear on how I feel about preventative measures and the proper actions I believe would be more effective. Again, see previous posts.
