Not at all. Again, comparing apples and oranges. If a woman CHOOSES to, she can take self defense classes.
Advising women not to drink or not take drinks from a bartender just in case she could be raped is nonsensical and rather condescending. People party, people have fun, and yes people drink. Why should women avoid drinking as a way of preventing rape?? After all, men are raped too. Should men also avoid drinking and taking drinks from strangers??
