So awesome that you are able to get in potatoes for the winter! If we lived closer to southern Idaho, I've heard they do the same thing down there, but it is 8 hours from us. I don't know anyone around here who plants massive amounts of potatoes to garner from. Lucky you!
And the mushrooms... how do you cook them? I've seen mushrooms growing around here, but I have no way of knowing whether they're good or bad to eat.
